Second, we added security enabled software programs in order to be able to do most of our work through the computers, thus enabling our employees to be more productive and creating a friendlier working environment.

Third we designed the $995 Flat Fee closing cost program. There are no tricks, that's it just $995 is all we charge you to refinance through the company. The only thing we ask of you is to try and contact us mainly through email and internet rather than phones because that's one of the ways we are trying to be energy efficient.
